Retrouvaille is a program of healing and renewal consisting of one weekend and six follow-up sessions over the course of two months.  Retrouvaille offers hope for couples going through difficult times in their marriages.

New Beginnings: Ministry for Separated or Divorced Individuals

New Beginnings, a faith-based support group, provides separated and divorced individuals the opportunity for healing and growth.  Participants of New Beginnings find new understanding of themselves and their relationship and gain courage to discover new life.

February 2025 United in Prayer

The women religious vocation directors of our Diocese regularly sponsor prayers for peace called United in Prayer.

This time of prayer is a sign of hope and unity, and a moment of peace and encouragement for others and ourselves as a praying community.  Whether you can be in person or online, please join in praying for peace.

The prayer is hosted by the Sisters of Notre Dame, the Benedictine Sisters of St. Walburg, and the Sisters of Divine Providence.

Empathic listening is the counterpart skill that enables mentors to truly understand another person intellectually as well as emotionally.

This is a two-part workshop.

Mental Health First Aid Class

In 2021, 12.7 million adults thought of, planned, or attempted suicide.

Mental Health First Aid helps reduce stigma, teach signs and symptoms, and prepare first aiders to use a 5-step action plan to use in the event of a mental health crisis.
