Disciple Make Index (DMI) Survey

The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) is an anonymous survey that asks parish members about their faith life and their experience at the parish, including Mass, preaching, and other parish activities.

All parishioners throughout the Diocese of Covington are encouraged to take part in the Disciple Maker Index survey. To take the DMI survey, find your parish name from the list below, click on it and you will be taken to the survey.
