Kindergarten Classroom Aide – St. Joseph School, Crescent Springs
Position Overview:
St. Joseph School is seeking a kindergarten classroom aide to support instruction and student behavior. This is a full-time hourly position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with instruction, lesson prep, and classroom organization
- Provide one-on-one/small-group academic support, including for students with special needs
- Monitor and document student progress and behavior
- Supervise students (transitions, lunch, recess, field trips) and support behavior management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with children preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Patient, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- High School Diploma or equivalent
