Part-Time Classroom Aide, 1st Grade - St. Henry Catholic School

Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday, 11:15 a.m.-2:40 p.m. (school days

Assist the classroom teacher with daily instruction and activities
Work with individual students or small groups on reading, math, and other skills
Help supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions
Support classroom routines, behavior expectations, and a safe, positive environment
Prepare materials, copy, organize, and help with classroom setup
Model kindness, respect, and Christian values in all interactions
Communicate with the teacher about student needs and progress

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or experience in education is a plus
Experience working with young children preferred
Patience, warmth, and a genuine enjoyment of working with 6- and 7-year-olds
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
