Maintenance Manager – St. Henry Parish and School

Due to an upcoming planned retirement, St. Henry Parish and School is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Manager.  The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for the proper function and maintenance of the parish and school’s physical structures, grounds, and all equipment, ensuring that the parish and school is maintained in a safe and orderly manner.  The position requires a general knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electric, basic electronics, and mechanical skills.  The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair routine issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC equipment, and additional machinery. If a problem source is not initially identified, the candidate will research the issue on the internet or use established parish professional volunteers. Music Director – Holy Spirit Catholic Parish

Holy Spirit Catholic Parish, a parish in the Diocese of Covington with 520 families, is seeking qualified applicants for the part-time position of Music Director. The Music Director is responsible for organizing, leading, and growing the Music Ministry at Holy Spirit. The Music Director works collaboratively with clergy and lay leadership to plan and provide liturgical music and worship direction at all parish liturgies. The position must be filled by an individual with strong faith, commitment to the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, and a thorough understanding of liturgical music.

Parish Administrative Assistant – St. Therese Church, Southgate, KY

Our parish is seeking a welcoming, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Pastor and parish staff in daily office operations and parish communications. This position plays an important role in supporting the pastoral mission of our parish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting parishioners and managing phone/email correspondence
  • Preparing the weekly bulletin and parish communications
  • Maintaining sacramental records and parish database
  • Scheduling meetings, Mass intentions, and facility use
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping and office organization

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Practicing Catholic with knowledge of parish life preferred
