St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring has an immediate opening for a Parish Office Manager.  The Office Manager is responsible for data management, greeting parishioners and visitors to the Parish Office; filing; responding to parish emails; maintaining the parish calendar; preparing the bulletin; light bookkeeping; and other duties as necessary.  The qualified candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic; have computer experience in Microsoft Office and Social Media, and organizational skills.   Candidate needs to be willing to learn the Diocesan Database program, Camino. Parish Work (Part-time) – Divine Mercy and St. Bernard parishes

For immediate hire, three part-time hourly positions available, assisting the Pastor of Divine Mercy and St. Bernard parishes ( in Campbell County:

Business Manager – 15-20 hours per week, helping the Pastor manage properties and finances for the parishes, several rental properties, and a preschool. Familiar with QuickBooks software is a must, and prior experience is preferred. Would work with the existing Parish Secretary and bookkeeping volunteers.

Youth and Young Adult Minister – 5-15 hours per week, initiating and coordinating Youth Ministry and Young Adult activities. The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual with good organizational skills, who can connect with youth, and who has good familiarity with technology, especially social media. Would work closely with the pastor, and would also coordinate with the Jr High religion teacher in our school.

General “Handy Person” –  5-15 hours per week, performing odd tasks around the two campuses. Candidates should have solid problem-solving, repair, and grounds keeping skills, and will be able to get up on a ladder. Living with close proximity to the parishes would be a plus, to be able to handle emergencies.

Middle school Youth Ministry Program Coordinator (Part-time) – Immaculate Heart of Mary

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish is seeking a leader to coordinate our EDGE, a middle-school youth ministry program.  EDGE meets bi-monthly on Mondays from 7:00 – 8:30 pm, September thru April, in conjunction with the middle school religious education program.  This is a part-time position (12 hours monthly) with work mainly in the evenings.


Preferred qualifications of the desired candidate include prior experience in Catholic youth ministry and an undergraduate degree (or enrollment in a degree program).

Youth Minister – Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish in Burlington, Ky. is looking for an energetic, faith-filled, actively practicing Catholic to coordinate and lead our parish Youth Ministry program.
