The responsibilities of this position will include management of the parish calendar and the database, sacramental record keeping, tracking of Mass offerings, editing the weekly bulletin, word processing, and general receptionist duties. Business Manager – St. Joseph Parish, Cold Spring

The Business Manager at St. Joseph is responsible for the management of the day to day business and financial operations of the parish and school.  The candidate must be a person of faith, committed to the mission of the Church and to responsible management of resources.  This position assures that the vision and programs of the parish are attainable through good stewardship of parish resources.  Diocesan policies and procedures also guide the work of the business manager.

 

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting or Business Management is preferred.  Required prior experience includes budgeting, analyzing financial statements, supervision of administrative and maintenance staff members.  Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to be trusted with a high level of confidentiality.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data systems is required. Position reports directly to the pastor.  Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Administrative Assistant – Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Religious Education Program, Burlington, KY

Experienced Cook

A Catholic parish in Northern Kentucky has an immediate need for an experienced cook two days per week to prepare lunch and dinner on-site for up to seven people per meal. It is anticipated that the work day will begin at 10:30 a.m. and conclude at 6:30 p.m. Responsibilities will include meal planning, shopping, meal preparation, and general cleanup utilizing the appliances and dishwasher in the full kitchen. Experience cooking healthy, substantial meals is a must. Helpful qualifications would include dietetic and/or culinary training. Music Director – St. Joseph, Crescent Springs

Saint Joseph Catholic Church (www.stjosephcrescent.com) in Crescent Springs is seeking talented keyboard musicians interested in the position of Music Director. The successful candidate will be proficient on the piano and/or organ, knowledgeable about the Catholic liturgy and sacred music, and capable of leading congregational singing/chant and of training and leading a choir. Must be available to lead three masses each weekend: 5 pm Saturday, and 9 am and 11 am Sunday, plus availability to lead on major religious feasts and holidays. Business Manager

15-20 hours per week, helping the Pastor manage properties and finances for the parishes, several rental properties, and a preschool. Familiar with QuickBooks software is a must, and prior experience is preferred. Would work with the existing Parish Secretary and bookkeeping volunteers.

Parish Minister, Youth through Adult Faith

Full-time (or Part-time, if it better suits the candidate), initiating and coordinating Youth Ministry, Young Adult activities, Adult Faith Formation, Small Groups, and Evangelism. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with good organizational skills who has good familiarity with technology, especially social media. Would work very closely with the Pastor.

General “Handy Person”

5-15 hours per week, performing odd tasks around the two campuses. Candidates should have solid problem-solving, repair, and grounds keeping skills, and will be able to get up on a ladder. Living with close proximity to the parishes would be a plus, to be able to handle emergencies.
