About the Position: The High School/Jr. High Principal sets the academic vision and goals for grades 7-12; fosters a climate of well-being and engagement; and champions a creative and visionary future for the school. Key responsibilities include: developing curriculum and ensuring accreditation; recruiting, supporting, and managing highly-qualified faculty and staff for grades 7-12; working collaboratively with VMA’s administrative team; and helping develop and implement a long-term strategic plan consistent with VMA’s mission and vision.

Principal – Saint Agnes

Saint Agnes Parish in Fort Wright, Kentucky seeks to identify a faith-filled and dynamic individual to lead our parish school (http://school.saintagnes.com/) as our next principal. Our school is by far the largest ministry of our parish and represents our parish community’s commitment to parents who seek to raise their children in the Catholic Faith and help students reach their full potential intellectually, emotionally, socially and especially spiritually.

Principal – Sts. Peter and Paul

Sts. Peter and Paul Parish School in California, KY (http://www.stspp.com/) is seeking a new principal with the possibility of part-time teacher duties beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. Sts. Peter and Paul School enjoys tremendous support from the parish community.  Located in the scenic hills of rural southern Campbell County, our school is easily accessible, 3.5 miles off the AA highway, and serves 130 students from Pre-K to 8th grade. Our parish school campus includes a gym/social center, library, and state-of-the-art technology. In addition to the regular curriculum, our school offers music, art, P.E., library, an academic team, sports programs, and other extracurricular opportunities. Principal – Holy Cross High School

Holy Cross High School (www.hchscov.com), a co-educational Catholic high school located in Covington, Kentucky is seeking a Principal for the 2026–2027 school year.  Holy Cross High School, a National Blue Ribbon School, currently serves over 300 students in grades 9-12 and is known for their diverse student population and their excellent academic support program for students with disabilities.  Holy Cross has a robust academic program that supports all learners and helps each student reach their full potential through tiered course offerings that include general, college-prep, honors, AP-level and dual-credit.  After recently completing a master plan study of the campus, the school is preparing to lead a capital campaign to improve the school facilities which will enhance the science program as well as the newly established trades program.  The successful candidate must be a practicing Catholic who is strong in their faith life, has excellent communication skills, a passion for spiritual and catechetical leadership, knowledge of current educational methods, and proven managerial skills.  The Principal has primary responsibility for the overall operation of the school and must be committed to the mission and philosophy of Holy Cross High School and the Diocese of Covington.  Prospective candidates should show evidence of accomplishment or willingness to become skilled in the following activities: board relations; community and external relations; curriculum development; faculty/staff development; fiscal management; fundraising; parent and alumni relations; plant management; recruitment and professional development; student activities management; student recruitment; and teacher/staff evaluation.
