The Position:
The full-time Development Director reports to the principal and is responsible for the overall planning, management, coordination and evaluation of marketing, fundraising, enrollment, public relations, stakeholder relationships, our endowment, and scholarships. Specific Responsibilities
Enrollment Management:
Support the faculty and staff in the planning, management, marketing, recruitment and retention of students to achieve a target enrollment of 400 students.
This incudes but is not limited to open houses, shadow days, parent tours, material creation, social media, etc.
Working closely with key volunteers, coordinating the external and internal market efforts and initiatives that attract and retain students in sufficient numbers to support the programs of the school.
Plan, collect data, make projections, and report enrollment management data.
Communications:
Responsible for setting and maintaining professional writing and design standards for school communications. This includes, but is not limited to:
Print publications including school newsletter/magazine, annual report, marketing
Materials, giving brochures and direct mail.
Electronic communications including website and email
Fundraising:
Lead and manage fundraising initiatives, including annual giving campaigns, special events, and grant writing.
Responsible for the establishment of endowment goals and achievement of those goals
Interface with businesses and community leaders to support the mission of Holy Cross.
Track and report on fundraising progress, evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies, and make recommendations for improvement.

For bigger repairs, the maintenance person will collaborate with the pastor and/or principal in gathering bids from qualified companies for work to be done. They will work with the companies and manage needed repairs until they are completed. Must perform all other duties as needed. Compensation based on experience.
