Part-Time Music Teacher – St. Joseph School, Cold Spring – 2026-2027
St. Joseph School is seeking a passionate and engaging part-time Music Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will foster a love of music and theater while creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
Responsibilities include teaching music classes, developing engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards, maintaining effective classroom management, assessing student progress, and communicating regularly with families. The candidate will also attend staff meetings, participate in school and parish events, and assist with school activities as needed.
Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Music Education or a related field and possess, or be able to obtain, appropriate teaching licensure. Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills are essential. Experience in music and/or theater instruction is preferred.
