Responsibilities include providing individualized and small-group instruction, assisting with accommodations and modifications, monitoring student progress, communicating with teachers and parents as needed, and fostering student self-advocacy and independence. The ideal candidate is student-centered, collaborative, and committed to supporting the academic growth of diverse learners within a college-preparatory environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Education

Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with curriculum standards for Mathematics
Design engaging lessons that promote inquiry, problem-solving, and real-world application of mathematics
Support and contribute to the growth of STEM programming, including collaboration on initiatives connected to department improvement
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Assess student learning and provide timely, constructive feedback

Collaborate with members of the Math Department and broader faculty

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master’s preferred)

This integral role helps advance NDA’s mission through accurate database management (Raiser’s Edge), organized office operations, and meaningful coordination of alumnae and donor events. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about Catholic education and empowering young women.
