Once the advanced level of certification is completed, 30 maintenance hours must be completed every three years. If you do not have a maintenance form you can download one here. When completed, return the form to the Department of Catechesis and Formation. Your completion of the required hours will be documented in our office, and a new form will be mailed/emailed to you.
