Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator (Part-Time) – Villa Madonna Academy High School

The Admissions and Recruitment plays a critical role in advancing the mission and enrollment goals of Villa Madonna Academy High School/Junior High. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to attract, recruit, and enroll qualified students. The Admissions/Recruitment Coordinator serves as the primary ambassador for the school to prospective families, partner schools, parishes, and the broader community.  This position reports to the Executive Director and is currently a part-time position.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, marketing, or related field; experience in Catholic education preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, event planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in database management and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
