Child Development Center Director/Teacher
Immediate opening for a full-time director/teacher for a Child Development Center for children 6 mos. – 2 yrs. old. Must be 21 years old with at least 3 years of experience in licensed early childhood education; a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Must have strong people, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining the facility, overseeing daily operations, following all codes, regulations, policies, and procedures, budgeting, staff and client recruitment and retention, and overseeing curriculum planning and implementation. Most of all, developing positive relationships with families. The director will also provide direct care as a teacher in a classroom setting. This person must be an active, practicing Catholic. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications.
