English/Language Arts & Social Studies Teacher (Grades 6–7) – St. Joseph School, Crescent Springs
St. Joseph School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher for Grades 6–7 English/Language Arts and Social Studies. The ideal candidate will foster a love of learning, promote academic excellence, and support the mission and values of Catholic education.
Responsibilities:
- Teach English/Language Arts to sixth grade students.
- Teach World History to sixth grade students and Early American History to seventh grade students.
- Create engaging, standards-based lesson plans.
- Integrate faith and character development into the learning experience.
- Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification).
- Commitment to supporting the mission of St. Joseph School and Catholic education.
