Parish Secretary and Assistant

Immediate opening for a full-time parish secretary and assistant to the pastor. A part-time position might also be considered, but full-time is preferred. Candidates must be outgoing, detail-oriented, and have strong people and organizational skills. They will act both as parish secretary and assistant to the pastor, helping him to manage his schedule and streamline, organize, and manage the day-to-day activities of two parishes. They must be flexible, professional, have an aptitude for learning, have familiarity with technology, and be comfortable in a small office environment. Most importantly, this person must be enthusiastically Catholic, living in full communion with their Catholic Faith, and have a desire to promote the mission of the Church through parish ministry. They would ideally participate actively in the life of these two parishes as an integral part of our community. Compensation depends on the individual, but it is competitive. Child Development Center Director/Teacher

Immediate opening for a full-time director/teacher for a Child Development Center for children 6 mos. – 2 yrs. old. Must be 21 years old with at least 3 years of experience in licensed early childhood education; a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Must have strong people, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining the facility, overseeing daily operations, following all codes, regulations, policies, and procedures, budgeting, staff and client recruitment and retention, and overseeing curriculum planning and implementation. Custodian (Part-time) – St. Cecilia School

Youth Minister — Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Burlington, is seeking a dynamic and outgoing person to be our next Youth Minister. The Coordinator of Youth Ministry (Youth Minister) provides vision and coordination for the parish’s efforts in ministry to young people from 6th through 12th grades. This includes organizing and running high school and middle school youth ministry programs and assisting with catechesis and sacramental preparation programs. The main goal of this position is to assist with the parish’s youth ministry program.
