Notre Dame Academy is hiring for an Alumnae Relations Coordinator to oversee and implement alumnae-related events and activities. This is a full-time 12 month position. The Alumnae Relations Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing alumnae engagement initiatives and is part of the Advancement Team at NDA. A bachelor’s degree and excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Assistant Cafeteria Manager – Notre Dame Academy

Notre Dame Academy is searching for an Assistant Cafeteria Manager. Primary duties include preparing and serving meals, operating the POS system, clean up after meals, inventory management, and interacting with school staff and students. Organizational and interpersonal skills are essential to this position. The position requires the physical ability to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as the ability to lift and move containers and supplies up to 25lbs. A high school diploma or GED equivalent, background check, valid driver’s license and Virtus training is required. The position is approximately 30 hours per week during the school year. Technology Coordinator – Notre Dame Academy

Notre Dame Academy (NDA) is searching for a Technology Coordinator to assist the Technology Director in providing an effective technological infrastructure that supports the educational mission of our school.  This year-round position is responsible for supporting the technology needs of students, faculty and staff in an Apple (Macs and iPads) and Google application environment.  Duties will include troubleshooting and providing tier one support for the schools 1:1 iPad program. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing the use of technology in an educational or non-profit setting.  Strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and an excellent customer service disposition is required.  Network administration, database management and website maintenance experience is a plus.  A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
