Administrative Assistant

The Diocese of Covington is accepting applications for the full-time Curia position of Administrative Assistant.  The Office of Catechesis and Evangelization facilitates ministries such as adult formation, catechist and religion teacher certification, marriage preparation, wedding anniversary vespers, divorced or separated ministry, family ministry, young adult ministry, and Catholic scouting. The Administrative Assistant provides a range of support to the program staff including data collection and management across a wide area; project logistics, coordination, and timelines; maintenance of the office master calendar; regularly updating the office web page; religion teacher certification status updates; etc. The position requires a detail-oriented practicing Roman Catholic with exceptional interpersonal and general office skills, including MS Office experience. School Bus Driver (Part-time) – Saint Agnes School

Saint Agnes School is seeking a part-time bus driver. The driver must have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a school bus endorsement, or be willing to complete training and obtain certification by Aug 1, 2026. Other requirements include passing a medical physical and being Virtus certified. This position reports to the Parish Business Manager. Estimated hours per week are 10, plus ad hoc field trips or coverage for another driver. After School Care Coordinator – Villa Madonna Montessori

Maintenance & Custodial Technician

Blessed Sacrament Parish in Ft. Mitchell, KY, is seeking a full-time Maintenance & Custodial Technician to join its Facilities Department. Working under the supervision of the Director of Temporal Goods, this position assists in the care, maintenance, repair, cleanliness, and stewardship of the parish and school buildings, grounds, and related facilities. Responsibilities include building maintenance, custodial services, event setup, grounds maintenance, and supporting a safe, welcoming environment for worship, education, and parish life.

Pastoral Associate

St. Mary’s Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption Parish invites qualified individuals to apply for the position of Pastoral Associate.
