Building and Property Custodian

The Diocese of Covington, KY is accepting applications for the full-time position of Building and Property Custodian at the Offices of the Diocesan Curia. Our building and the surrounding property requires the attention of an individual who will develop a sense of personal responsibility for its appearance and well-being. The position will involve a regular daily, weekly, and monthly schedule of routine cleaning and upkeep duties within the building and the chapel; setup of conference rooms; regular as well as seasonal upkeep of walkways and other exterior features; and other duties as needed. The Diocese of Covington is accepting applications for the full-time Curia position of Administrative Assistant.  The Office of Catechesis and Evangelization facilitates ministries such as adult formation, catechist and religion teacher certification, marriage preparation, wedding anniversary vespers, divorced or separated ministry, family ministry, young adult ministry, and Catholic scouting. The Administrative Assistant provides a range of support to the program staff including data collection and management across a wide area; project logistics, coordination, and timelines; maintenance of the office master calendar; regularly updating the office web page; religion teacher certification status updates; etc. The position requires a detail-oriented practicing Roman Catholic with exceptional interpersonal and general office skills, including MS Office experience. Third Grade Maternity Substitute Teacher – February 2027

School Counselor – Notre Dame Academy

Notre Dame Academy is seeking a compassionate, student-centered professional to join our school counseling team. The School Counselor will play an important role in supporting the personal, social, and emotional development of our students while helping each young woman thrive as a whole person within our Catholic school community.

This position includes responsibilities in personal counseling and social-emotional learning, Work-Based Learning coordination, and student support programming. The counselor will work collaboratively with students, families, faculty, administration, and community partners to identify student needs and provide appropriate support, resources, and opportunities.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual and small-group support for students experiencing personal, social, emotional, or school-related concerns
  • Supporting and developing social-emotional learning initiatives and student wellness programming
  • Responding to student concerns and collaborating with families and school personnel when additional support or intervention is needed
  • Coordinating and supporting NDA’s Work-Based Learning opportunities, including internships, career exploration, and partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
  • Helping students develop skills in self-advocacy, decision-making, healthy relationships, resilience, and personal responsibility
  • Collaborating with NDA’s counseling, intervention, academic, and administrative teams to support the needs of the whole student
  • Participating in student programming and other responsibilities that support the mission and needs of Notre Dame Academy

The ideal candidate will be a caring and approachable professional who enjoys working with adolescent girls, builds strong relationships, communicates effectively with students and families, and works collaboratively as part of a team. Candidates should demonstrate sound professional judgment, discretion, empathy, and a commitment to student well-being.

A master’s degree in school counseling, counseling, social work, or a related field is preferred. Appropriate Kentucky certification/licensure and relevant experience working with adolescents are strongly preferred.

Stewardship & Development Communications Manager – Archdiocese of Cincinnati

The Stewardship Department is seeking a full-time Stewardship & Development Communications Manager to lead all marketing and communications activities for the Stewardship Department, with a primary focus on the Catholic Ministries Appeal (CMA) and Parish Stewardship initiatives.

This position is responsible for developing and producing content across multiple platforms, including print, email, websites, social media, video, photography, and other digital channels, drawing upon Catholic teaching and resources to inspire gratitude and generosity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, videography, photography, and graphic design skills, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software). Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, and content development for fundraising or stewardship programs is a plus.

Must be a practicing Roman Catholic. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least three years of professional experience in communications, marketing, stewardship, development, or a related field.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a Photographer & Graphic Designer. The Photographer & Graphic Designer oversees photography needs and assists in graphic design projects for the Communications Department of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, including The Catholic Telegraph magazine. This individual is passionate about capturing the beauty of the Catholic faith through the lens of a camera and possesses the technical knowledge and capability to do so. The Photographer & Graphic Designer collaborates with staff and outside groups to coordinate photo shoots and captures imagery consistent with the photographic style of both The Catholic Telegraph and the Archdiocese. The Photographer & Graphic Designer assists the Creative Director with graphic design needs. In addition, the Photographer & Graphic Designer also has primary responsibility for the ongoing growth and maintenance of the department’s Image Library (Canto).

Buildings and Facilities Manager- St. Henry District High School

St. Henry District High School is seeking a skilled, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Lead to oversee the care, upkeep, and safety of our campus. This role manages day-to-day repairs, operates mechanical systems, and supports school events to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our faculty, students, and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Maintenance: Perform daily repairs involving basic plumbing, low-voltage electrical, carpentry, etc.
  • Campus Operations: Oversee HVAC, lighting, and fire safety systems; manage relationships with specialized contractors for major repairs.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Keep campus equipment running smoothly to prevent emergency repairs and control costs.
  • Event Support: Coordinate room setups and teardowns for athletics, school functions, and community events.
  • Safety & Grounds: Routinely inspect facilities for safety hazards, clear walkways, and complete safety audit reports
  • Summer Deep-Cleaning: Oversee and execute annual summer classroom operations, including deep cleaning, floor stripping, and waxing.
  • On-Call Emergency Response: Serve as the primary contact on-call for campus emergencies, responding on-site outside of regular school hours when necessary.
