Art Teacher and Drama Teacher – Fiat Classical Academy

Fiat Classical Academy is a private Catholic high school located in Aurora, Indiana, close to Cincinnati, Ohio. We will be entering our third year as a school and therefore we are adding our 11th grade curriculum. We are seeking a part-time Art Teacher and Drama Teacher to join our committed team.  The Art position is teaching one or more of the following courses: Art I, Art II, and Art III. Drama is teaching and directing a drama production during the 2027 Spring semester.

After Care Worker – St. Joseph School, Crescent Springs

Reports To: After Care Directors
Location: St. Joseph School, Crescent Springs
Employment Type: Part-Time, Monday -Friday, 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Job Summary:

The After Care Worker is responsible for supervising students during the after-school program, both in the designated indoor spaces and on the playground. This position ensures the safety and well-being of all students, assists with snack distribution, provides homework support, and helps with check-in and dismissal procedures in accordance with after care policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and actively engage with students in the after care room and on the playground.

  • Ensure the safety and security of all students at all times.

  • Assist with the distribution and clean-up of snacks.

  • Support students with homework and encourage positive study habits.

  • Monitor student behavior and implement appropriate discipline strategies when necessary, in alignment with school and after care guidelines.

  • Assist with student check-in and dismissal as needed, ensuring that students are released only to authorized individuals.

  • Maintain accurate attendance and documentation as required.

  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

  • Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

  • Help set up, organize, and clean program areas before and after activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the After Care Directors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education or child development welcome.

  • Experience working with children in a school or recreational setting is highly desirable.

  • Ability to manage groups of children with a calm and confident demeanor.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of child safety and emergency procedures.

  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and to work both indoors and outdoors.

  • Ability to lift small loads (less than 25 pounds)

Internal Auditor

The Diocese of Covington invites individuals with a degree and background in Accounting to apply for the 60% FTE position of Internal Auditor. Development Officer – Stewardship Department

The Stewardship Department is seeking a full-time Development Officer to help implement a comprehensive fund development program for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The Development Officer develops strategies and materials to inform, engage, and invite current and prospective donors to support Archdiocesan needs.
By fostering meaningful relationships with donors, prospective donors, and key community and business leaders, the Development Officer will be responsible for increasing annual giving to the Catholic Ministries Appeal (CMA), gifts for special projects and initiatives, and deferred giving.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of three years’ experience in secular or church development or related non-profit experience. Experience with Salesforce database system is a plus. Must be a practicing Roman Catholic, familiar with the structure and teachings of the Church and able to clearly articulate the mission of the Church and how donors’ participation directly assists that mission.

Choir Director – Covington Latin School

Covington Latin School is seeking a highly qualified, energetic, and passionate Choir Director for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a vibrant student choir ministry rooted in the rich liturgical tradition of the Catholic Church.

Practice times are flexible; however, candidates must be available to direct the choir during the 8:15 a.m. Mass at Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption each Wednesday throughout the school year.

Paraprofessional – Classroom Aide and Medical Support St. Joseph School, Crescent Springs

St. Joseph School is seeking a paraprofessional to support instruction, student behavior, and medical needs under teacher/administrator direction, combining classroom assistance with healthcare support.

Physical Education Teacher – St. Joseph School, Crescent Springs

Position Overview:
St. Joseph School is seeking a faith-filled Physical Education Teacher to serve students in
Kindergarten through 8th grade. The ideal candidate will foster a love for physical activity,

FTE).
